No need to apply for the Adsense again. In this scenario you have two options:

    1. Keep both New and Adsense enabled account attached to the blog.
Pros: You can use Adsense widget by blogger.

    2. Use the code in HTML widget to display your ads. The Adsense enabled account doesn't need to be linked in order to use this feature. Visit Google Adsense website to get your code.

    Thank you!

My Blog Admins and Authors shows my original email address with host picture but it is grayed out. When I added the new email address, accepted the invitation, I see it under the new authors but both original and new email addresses are grayed out and can not do anything with them. They are never both under the Admins and Authors menu at the same time. Any ideas?

You need to upgrade the rights of new email to admin before, then only you can remove your original email.
